Edited Feature: Synchronized axes [9945]

Synchronize
- the position of a specified value (e.g. 0)
- or the position of a specified value (e.g. 0) and the scale (with a multiplier)
of all axes in a 'synchronization group'
(panning/zoom will change all axes in the group at the same time)
